How would i creat a web forum/message board for my website? is that possible in dreamweaber or do i have to use a 3pp to add a webforum? if so what would I use and where would i get it

You'll need to install a 3rd party application. You should take a look at
www.hotscripts.com to find a program that fits your hosting server and your
needs.

I should add that there are some very well developed bulletin board systems
(forums) such as: phpBB and Invision Board <-- both are worth a look.
Depending on your hosting server you may already have access to these. Many
Linux based web hosts include a program called cPanel which allows you to
manage your hosting features. On several -- within cPanel you will find an
icon called Fantastico, which allows you to automatically install these
programs (if available).

Ok i did the research and i found those things you are talkin about. the only
thing is that i can tpay for them. I had found a PhPBB site where its free but
they ost it with ads. i was wondering if you know where i can get it so i can
host it on my website? so i dont have to go to a thirs party site to access my
forum?

Thanks. Would you be able to tell me if there is a way and mabye how to
implement a radio station thing where they can play teh station rite off the
website. without opening winamp or media player. and mabye it has a lil window
saying what song is playing? hmmm oh great macromedia guru.
