Webassist Univeral email problems

I am currently trying to create mailing lists and feedback email stuff
with webassist extension for dreamweaver.

I put the files into wwwroot folder.
When looking through we browser the forms are shown.
CC
TO
BOdy Subject etc.

Trouble is, when clicking on the send tag, the local host does not
process the information.

Thus opening Outlook Express and seeing no replies.
Am I putting them in the wrong folder ?

Have I got things set up wrong.

I can do all other asp stuff without any problems.
Only not being able to process forms my email.


Any thoughts
