Web Publishing Help

I have an RDS server instead of an FTP that I need to publish to. The hoster
has the server all set up. But every time I try to publish things go wrong.
Here is how I have everything set up.

When I click "Save to Remote Server". It opens the window where it then has my
server listed as "Unnamed Server". But it won't let me edit it or anything. So
when I double click it, I can then save inside of it. But instead of having
http://www.mydomain.com it shows up as http://www.mydomain.com/mydomain.htm and
the worst part about it is that you can't access it even if it were to stay
like that. I need to edit http://www.mydomain.com that's all. I just wanna host
my page there. It's set up to where I'm supposed to be able to just publish on
it but something isn't working. More than likely on my end. Anyways, if anyone
can offer any help it would be greatly appreciated. I've tried saving it as
http://www.mydomain.com/inex.htm but it still won't work.
