Does anyone know how to make those little snap shots preview windows that are
on Word Press blogs? When you hover over a link, a little window pops up with a
screen shot of the website. My client has a blog and wants that feature on his
website. Thanks.

I use this one from snap.com. Embedded in web pages, site visitors can
easily turn it off if they wish. Or you can install it as an Add-on for
your browser.
