Web Designer/Programmer Wanted

have been tooling around wih DW for a little while and have gotten familiar
with a lot of stuff (thanks to this forum). But now I want to take my site to
a professional level. I have finally admitted that I do not have the time to
devote that is needed to create a professional site.

I am a mortgage broker and would like to take my business to the next level.
I would like to hire someone from this forum to turn my ideas into a beautiful
and functional site.

This request is NOT a joke. Please be aware that I will need someone who is a
full timer. I will require examples of your work and a small interview
process. Be prepared to provide references.
