WANTED: DW pro to finish website

Hello!

I have a website that is nearly complete, but I am hoping to work with someone
proficient with DreamWeaver to finalize it. The website needs a few things. I
am not certain what it needs easthetically, but there is a bit of ecommerce
work neccesary that I cannot do. I am looking for someone who can offer some
advice on what to do to make the site more appealing to the eye, and the
pocketbook. As well, I need an ecommerce shopping cart made that will work with
PayPal Website Payments Pro.
