want similar result from webpage

I came across a page http://www.marketingmag.ca/ you might have to click at the
bottom to enter the site. They have separated columns - daily, weekly and
feature - highlights using borders. I copy/pasted their code onto dreamweaver
mx 04 to see how they got it done but nothing doing there. If you have any
suggestions on how I can get that result please let me know... Thanks in
advance.

no matter how hard I click the link at the bottom.

Anyway, go back to the page you are interested in and have a look at
their CSS file. They *may* be doing the borders using CSS.
