Vertical alignment in a cell and IE

Vertical alignment in a cell and IE - 08-22-2006 , 04:48 PM

In this page www.gk-developers.com, on IE, the navigation menu is showing up
midway along the page when it should be right at the top. The table cell has
the vertical align instruction but IE seems to ignore it. What gives?
