I went to Validate a file, and then figured, what the heck.... I should validate all of them. I went from 0 errors to 25+ errors. They were all complaining about deprecated Font Tags, and other such bizzare things.... "Hey...stop that... I'm not using any Font tags." Then I looked a little closer... "Validate Entire Site" was going after then entire directory, not just files I had defined for my site, but also the HTML files that Dreamweaver creates for it's "Browser Check" reports and "Validator Results" reports. It didn't even matter that some of these files are hidden files. Is this known or something I should post as a buglet? Wouldn't it make sense that "Validate Entire Site" just went after what is in the Local View of my Site as opposed to just ripping through entire directories? Cheers, Sam |
