Would I need to create a new DW site that points to the wwws folder and copy my current template/css/Scripts/SpryAssets folders? So if I changed something in the template for the www site, I would then need to do it for the wwws site also? Is that the best way to do this? |

Previously all of my files and folders have been under the www folder on our web server. Now I have to develop one page in a wwws (secure server) folder. This page has all the same formatting (css style sheet and DW template) as the rest of the pages. However, if DW is setup for the host directory to start in www then any html file I put into wwws will not be able to see my css/Scripts/SpryAssets folders under www. Would I need to create a new DW site that points to the wwws folder and copy my current template/css/Scripts/SpryAssets folders? So if I changed something in the template for the www site, I would then need to do it for the wwws site also? Is that the best way to do this? The only other thing I can think of is leave the secure file and folder under my current setup and let template changes filter to it but not upload it using DW (since it would go to www instead of wwws) but instead manually FTP the file to the wwws directory and link absolutely to it. |
