Using CF help in DW-MX crashes app

I recently started using CF6.1. On using the 'Using CF' help files in DWMX I
notice that on the 'Getting Started Using CF Apps/Preparing To Build The Sample
Application' section the help file locks up, then I get a message saying I'm
out of memory, at which point help and DW closes! I can acces this section by
opening the chm file directly in WIndows Explorer, (without opening DW) and
sometimes I can read it, and sometimes it crashes with same error msg. This
doesn't happen on any other section of the 'Using CF' help file. Have 1G of ram
(plenty), Windows XP Pro w/SP2. Tried reinstalling DW, but same behaviour. Any
thoughts?
