Users able to play and download audio files

Hi,

I have a website up and running 'www.othertones.com' at the moment users are
able to access and play sample ringtones on the site. I'm rethinking the site
and now want to offer the tones for free. What's the easiest way of setting
this up in dreamweaver so that users can choose to either play the ringtone
and/or download it - do I need two versions of each ringtone file in my master
audio file- one 'playable' and one zipped version which can be downloaded?
