Pop up text and other misc. questions.....

I am a new use to Dreamweaver. Is it possible to have pop-up images and text
similar to that used in RoboHelp? Also, is there an expanding text capability
or is the Spry Collapsible widget the only way to do that?
I haven't been able to find any tutorials about stuff like that.....
