Linking to iframe from xml file

Hello,

Could anyone tell me what to do with this 'simple' question?

I want to link to a iframe from a xml file, how should i write this code?
It's used on a portfolio page with a flash element:
link: http://www.clownfish.nl/cfcc/portfol...tfolio_ca.html

sample of a part of my xml code:

<title>Item Title</title>
