[URGENT] Please help make php email script :D

Hi there I am trying to make an email script in PHP that submits data from a from I have made, I have produced several attempts and been to many many script site's but found nothing that works. What i need is a script that will send an email to webmaster (AT) guydavies (DOT) eclipse.co.uk containing the data from my contact form which includes the following named fields:

name
email
telno
spec
problem

and a submit button labeled 'submit' I want to use either the GET or POST method but i need help on this script ASAP. Anyone that can offer help is greatly appreciated.
