Uploading .swf to server via dreamweaver mx

I have made the necessary changes to my flash file and exported the requisit
..swf to upload to the server via dreamweaver... however it's been well over 2
years since I've done this and I am in very unfamiliar surroundings with flash
and dreamweaver. If someone could step-by-step me through the process, or
otherwise point me to a helpful resource, I would be most appreciative. Thanks
