Default uploading slide shows - 01-04-2008 , 09:45 AM

I am paying around with a slideshow program that builds flash files for the web
called showit. I have been looking at the tutorials but am stuck on how to
upload using ftp. The tutorial stated it is built into Dreamweaver and I am not
sure if this is the basic put function.

What I was instructed to do was to upload the entire folder to the webpage it
will be displayed on. So I created the page but don't know what to do next. I
thought I could drag the folder into the page from my resources section as this
is where I saved the slideshow folder. The folder has all the components of the
slide show in seperate files, including the swf file and I am assuming files
with codes needed to play the show. In other words the program is set up where
I do not have to enter any code.

So is the built in ftp the same as when I use the up arrow that puts the files
on my web page and if so how do I put the folder on the web page where it is to
be used. I got on error message when I tried to drag the folder to the page.
