Uploading images to specific folder

Hello

I have made a very basic form using the browse for file snippet in DW MX 2004,
and a submit button

I want the user to be able to select a file (image) from their local hard
drive and upload it into a folder on the remote site (the live site on my
webhost) how would i do this, I am using PHP and MySQL if that is relevant!

You need to use specific server scripting to pull the images from the local
hard drive up to the server. I am not PHP enabled, so I don't have any
specific recommendations - but you could start at http://www.dmxzone.com, or
at http://www.interaktonline.com/products/
