Uploadiing changed files only

I'm switching from GoLive to Dreamweaver. The site management in GoLive selects
only the pages that have changed on the local side when you decide to upload.
When I click on the "Put Files" in Dreamweaver it asks me if I want to upload
the entire site. I cannot find an option or preference that allows the site
management to find local files that have changed and upload them only. Is there
such an option?
