Uploaded files aren't being accessed by site

I have uploaded files both with FTP and site won't display CSS or images, or
pretty much anything except the index. I can view all files if I look at them
independently. It works fine in DW, and I have tried putting all files in one
folder on the server, I don't know if my settings in DW are wrong. I would
prefer not to have to upload my files all individually, any help would be
great, thanks.

Sounds like you did not properly define your site. Start there.

Is defining your site when you set up the FTP under manage sites? I can see
the index, and it shows on the site, it just doesn't access the .css. Do I
need to put something under remote info/ host directory, like my root I want it
in on the server?
