The files in the last folder I have updated are uploaded to root overwriting identical named files in root (fx index.html). I have tested on several servers. I select the folder I want to upload, including the files in root, and drag them over to remote server: Please see scenario here: http://tinyurl.com/uploaderrorDW Could someone please try this after having updates one or two files in the folder right over the files in root? I suspect this is a bug in DW. Here is what happened when I tested uploading to a test server abroad: 1. I selected the files in root and five folders to be uploaded (NOT the Images). What happened? All the images (that were not selected) were uploaded to root and the index file in folder X landed in root to appear as the site's index file. This should be impossible, I know. 2. I deleted all files on remote and have uploaded *everything* from scratch. The result: All files in Images folder and Calendar folder were uploaded as folders where they should be, but IN ADDITION they were uploaded to root! Other folders uploaded OK. The Images & Calendar folders were the only folders I had made changes in since last upload. |
