Upload file prevention

Is there a procedure in DreamWeaver to prevent files from being uploaded to a server? I have a site configured and do not wish to upload specific files and folders. Can these be restricted from getting sent to the remote server?

Select the file or folder in the sit window, right click an choose enable cloak.

Just control click the files you want to upload and then upload.
