:brokenheart; I downloaded the DW trial and when it was over, uninstalled it and installed a full version of CS3 Web Premium that I had purchased. When I try to open a CS3 app, I get the message that the licensing has stopped working. I have followed instructions in 5 technotes and the CS3CleanScript readme. I have spent almost five hours on the phone with tech support. I have been unable to use the product at all. I saw a patch for Acrobat, but not for any of the CS3 products that solve with this problem. I have moved or renamed flexnet, the cache, and various other files. Help! Does anyone know how I can get the product installed so I can get back to work? Thanks!!!! |

:brokenheart;Thanks! I went thru all of these steps, but I still got the licensing message. Do you remember if you went thru these steps with the product installed or uninstalled? |
