UPDATED OS X TO 10.3 - DW won't open

:frown; Hi! I have updated my system to 10.3 and have no issues except that I
cannot open or run DWeaver at all! It attempts to open but after 30 seconds
stops. The DW panel does not even appear at all. Every other program works and
is OK - but of course DW is my main program! I have re-enstalled over the top
of the existing application and updated it to 7.0.1 - same thing continues.
This is on a Power Book 1GHz with 1GB RAM. Any help would be appreciated :-)

Have you tried removing all evidence of previous dreamweaver files and
re-installing? I had the same problem and only solution that I came up with
was to back up then format my Mac! All's well now....... G4 powerPC 384Mb
10.3.5

Thanks for that! macromedia support came back to me with a link to a patch
which worked... Quote from support: 'The Archive and Install and Erase and
Install processes do not properly transfer activation files used by Macromedia
software.' Excellent support for a great product - wish a few other companies
had the same skills/interest!!! Fixed - thanks! - Wilksie
