Update Record Error

I get the following error when I try to insert an Update Record from the Data
Tab...

While executing onClick in ServerObject-UpdRecPHP.html, the following
Javascript error(s) occurred:

At line 5694 of file "Macath:to:dwscripts ExtData.js": this.node has no
properties

I have an insert form and the MYSQL database is accepting, sorting, deleting
data just fine...

I have already run through the "Troubleshooting JavaScript errors in
Dreamweaver" page at
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_19105 but to no
avail, I still have the same issue...

Can someone help? Anyone?
