update record corrupt? Again?

I had an application working great for months when all of the sudden I open DW
one day and the UPDATE RECORD behavior has a red exlamation next to it telling
me that I need to define a recordset.

Nothing changed. There is a recordset and it shows in DW.

Last time this happened, I reinstalled DW and it was fine again.
Any idea what is happening?

Happens to me all the time :-)
I create the sql statement then alter this for my own use (adding
where statements). Because of this DW can't process this. If you don't
need to drag'n'drop the field names onto the page then don't worry
about the DW behaviour.
