Unwanted margins in IE 5 Mac

Well, I hate frames just as much as the next guy but they're the most
reliable way I know to get rid of unwanted / uneccessary scrollbars...

Actually, frames multiply any scroll bar problems you might have by the
number of frames in the frameset. Of course, you can specify no scrolling in
the frame tag of the frameset, but that runs the risk that people may not be
able to see all your content.
