Untitled Document Problem

Hello,
I'm using Dreamweaver MX 6.1 and even though I add a name in the Title for name properties, when I open the pages over the web theyy show as Untitled Documents? What Gives?

Did you put the name in the <title></title> tags?
Are you using frames by any chance?
