Untitled Document

I'm building a new website, using frames. The page in each frame has a page
title, and the index page has a title. When viewed, the index page shows up
as "Untitled Document."

What did I miss?

Dont use frames to begin with, bad design and hated worldwide.

Use a table based design, and if you are feeling like a challenge
use/learn CSS.
