Unable to uninstall DW

I am unable to uninstall DW MX 2004 trial version. Message = an installation
support file could not be installed. The system cannot find the file specified.
I believe it is referring to the install wizard. Time has expired and I
cannot reload trial version. How can I uninstall?

It's probably the Windows installer that isn't being found. This happened
to me once. I solved it by redownloading the file, which restored the
windows installer, reinstalling it and then it uninstalled.
