unable to resize DW

On both machines on which I use DW, I am unable to resize it. It is either
maximized to the full screen or minimized.

When I click on the "restore" button in the top right, it minimizes. This is
DW 6.1 and I just did the updater to no avail.

Is there a handling for this or do I need to reinstall?

Okay, I found a simple workaround at:

Hopefully, this is a known bug though as it is pretty silly.
