Trial version in French and English corrupted

Hi there,

Has anyone experienced to downoad either the English or the French version of
Dreamweaver MX 2004 trial recently?
Both ZIP archives have a corrupted dreamweaver.exe inside.

People post this from time to time. The downloads have been checked. There
is no corruption. Something is happening during your download. Imagine how
many posts there would be here if they were actually corrupted.

Are you using any download accelerators?

Hello Murray.
I have no accelerator, I use an ADSL link since ages, I downoaded more than
hundreds of ZIP since a few years with that line without error, and I copied
the Fr and the En ZIP files three times each. The extractor sez that the CRC
does not match. I used three ZIP extractors, same error.

Do you have another solution, by chance?

Sorry, no. I can only say to you that everytime the download file (which is
the same one that has been there since the 7.0.1 patch was released) has
been checked, it's not corrupted.

trying to download the trial version, this is not fair AT ALL)

I'd just use Google to see if there are any others out there. I'm not
optimistic, though. Why would Macromedia want to do that?

I sent an email message to the EMEA Cust Services in the UK. I got back a protected ftp link where I successfully copied and installed the MX2004 trial version from.
