trash previous versions of Studio First?

Hello,

I just purchased a new, full version of Studio 8. (my last version was an
educational one). I am on a Mac latest system Tiger.
should I just drag all previous versions of Studio to the trash before I
install, or will the Studio 8 Installer delete them first? I only want one
version because, before the extension manager got confused whenever I tried to
run it with more than one copy of DW on my Mac.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Install Studio 8 first. It will migrate your sites, and your extensions.
Then copy your snippets (if any). Then when you can verify that all is
well, you can uninstall the previous version(s).

Yep - and grab the ones in the Library too (under Application Support).
