Transfer Studio MX sites to Studio 8

I just purchased the upgrade to Studio 8, and I really don't want to
manually input all of that information again.

Is there a certian way to do the upgrade so that it takes the settings
from the old and puts it into the new?

I thought I heard about a utility/program that did this for you.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance!
