Default TMP files leftbehind - 06-15-2004 , 05:10 PM

I have a couple of clients that use DW MX and have complained about
temp files recently being left behind. Here is a sample dir of the
problem...

09/01/1997 09:37 AM 3,183,314 BC5.cdr
09/01/1997 09:37 AM 3,183,314 BC5.cdr.NBQ6QBU3.TMP
18/03/2003 02:21 PM 6,364 breadcrumbs.jpg
18/03/2003 02:21 PM 6,364 breadcrumbs.jpg.NBQ6QBU3.TMP
14/08/2002 11:22 AM 31,232 news draft.doc
14/08/2002 11:22 AM 31,232 news draft.doc.NBU5MMU3.TMP
21/08/2003 04:11 PM 43 spacer.gif
21/08/2003 04:11 PM 43 spacer.gif.NB20YNU3.TMP
20/01/2003 11:59 AM 20,480 training.doc
20/01/2003 11:59 AM 20,480 training.doc.NBQ8WSU3.TMP
18/03/2003 02:31 PM 6,474 upper.jpg
18/03/2003 02:31 PM 6,474 upper.jpg.NBQ8WSU3.TMP
18/03/2003 02:31 PM 71,485 upper.png
18/03/2003 02:31 PM 71,485 upper.png.NBQ8WSU3.TMP

Notice each file has an associated NBxxxxxx.TMP file under it. Any
ideas why? How to fix? Thanks!

These are not DMX files, however....

yes, those aren't dreamweaver TMP files.

Is this on their computers?

Or on the server? What are they using to upload the files?
Does it still happen is they use something else to try and find the problem?

Now that I look at it, although they claim it is from DW, my new
suspect is Veritas NetBackup. Thanks for looking though :-)
