title case extension?

Does anybody know where/if I can find an extension that will convert, for
example:

THIS IS THE SECTION HEADING

into

This Is The Section Heading

or better yet,

This is the Section Heading

I think this is called 'title case' and I have a fair few pages that need to
be adjusted from all uppercase to this 'title case'.

btw, as a short term solution I just realised that I can do this MS Word
(Format > Change Case > Title Case ) and then paste it into DW. Regardless,
still be great if I could do this directly in DW. This extension has to
already exist, surely? I have had a look around, admittedly not a "must find
this extension or kill myself" kind of look.
