Thumbnail Behaviors where to put them?

Hi All

I'm creating a new Product Review table in my MS Access database with a
field for thumbnails for publishing on my web site. When a user clicks on
the thumbnail, I want a larger picture of the thumbnail to open up in a new
window.

However, I'm confused as to where to put the code for this behavior. In the
MS Access database table or somewhere on the page that is dynamically built?

Can someone suggest the best way to go about accomplishing this?
