And...although I wrote "open a URL" (which perhaps implied it had to be
online) one can simply browse to the index file in the Dreamweaver site
folder and select Entire Site.

DOS scares me, so I might look into Acrobat instead.

Assuming you have local copies of all the webpages do the following:

-) Open up an Explorer window to the directory with your webpage files.
-) Open up the Control Panel for installed Printers
-) Select all the files you want printed.
-) Drag them to the printer you want them to go to in the Printers Control
Panel.
-) You will receive a warning that you are printing multiple documents.
Click "OK" to continue.
-) Depending on the printer and print driver, you might receive the print
dialog (for copies, orientation, etc) for each file, but there not a whole
lot you can do about that.

I use Adobe Acrobat to print it off and send to clients
