Default Text in a table. - 07-11-2004 , 08:24 PM

Ok this is my first time using Dreamweaver and I don't know HTML. Ok I made a
table and I want to write stuff in there but when I go to write it puts the
text in the middle of the table. How do I get the text to be at the top of the
table? Thank you all for your time.

P.S. I'm 15 so please try to tell me the answer in simple words.

Place your cursor within the cell and in Property Inspector, set the vert
alignment to top - that should do it.
Just a suggestion: Hope you are not in layout mode - it is always best to
work in design / code view. You >insert a table, do not draw it :-) You
may want to take a look at various table - in particular the nested table
tutorial at the link in my sig. There are also another couple of table
tutorial links on that page as well - I'd suggest following those before
getting too far into your design.... Another tip: do not combine cells -
use nested tables if you need to...

Is this for MacroMedia DreamWeaver MX 2004? Because I right clicked in the table but I can't find what you said was there.
