text field problem on insert page

text field problem on insert page - 11-29-2004 , 12:22 AM

Hi,
in my PHP/mySQL update/insert page if I try to enter 90,000 in the
text field which is a varchar(250) it does not take it. The value
turns into 90 same for 50-100 the value comes out to be 50.

I am using IIS 5 with DW MX 04, php 4.3.9 and mySql 4.0.22

Please help
