Testing Server

Hello:

I have a problem with getting a check sign in the database panel for objective
"3. Testing Server"
With out having this connected I cannot continue with bindings or connecting a
database.

Could anyone please provide assistance???

I must disclose that I have a jet engine problem with MS Access, The database
I wish to connect. Could this be causing my Test server problem???
