testing server

I am trying to create a web application using dreamweaver and ASP.NET. My main
problem is getting my testing server to work, as whenever i try to preview in
browser my page shows an error message and in the dreamweaver site window for
testing server the folders are red. I have tried everything i can think of
including uninstalling and reinstalling both IIS and .NET framework on my
windows 2000 professional pc. Would appreciate any advice.

Posting the error message may help isolate the problem.
