Test Server installation problem

I have tried to set up a test server so I can test my HTML/PHP code before I
post it on the Web.

I have a folder c:\inetpub\wwwroot where I send my test files.

I am running XP Pro with IIS and PHP 4.0

When I try to test my code (click Preview/Debug in Browser icon) DM8 just
opens another tab with my source.

Any suggestions?
