Default Tesing server/preview - 03-30-2009 , 04:02 PM

Hello,
I searched for this but couldn't find an answer... maybe someone here knows?
Is it possible to update a file on a testing server without the page then
opening in a browser?

I use a testing server to allow others to preview new web content before it
goes to the real web server. Sometimes this is for multiple pages, which
requires me to then "preview" each page in a browser in order to get it to the
test environment. It is a bit tedious and if anyone knows a solution I would
be happy to hear it!

To clarify, this is not for web app development, just standard HTML pages.

I am using Dreamweaver CS4. (windows XP SP3 although I dont think it really
matters...)

You should be able to do it through the Files panel. Select Testing Server
View (dropdown) select the file and click Put Files(s) button. You can also
click on one of the buttons to get a site view for more info.
