Default Templates Editable Area - 07-30-2004 , 12:29 PM

Is it possibe to create a template with a bar at the top and left side that is
uneditable? Then the area under and to the rigit of this is entirely editable?

I cannot do it unless I make hundreds of little editable regions because I do
not know where I might want to insert my images and text and you can only
insert at the uppler left of any editable region, therefore I need about 100
editiable regions so the template will be flexible enough to use for a
newsletter.
Any thoughts, please?

This is page layout 101. A two row, two column table, with the two cells in
the top row merged will be the basic layout. Make each of the two bottom
cells have valign of top. Nest a new table in each. Make the table in the
right cell be in an editable region. It doesn't get much simpler....
