Template with IE

Hello Everyone,
I have a question on a template that I just built. The template page will not
load as a local file in IE, but works fine in Netscape. I was wondering if this
is normal. Other templates load fine in IE that are on a remote server.

Shouldn't be an issue as long as your code is valid.

The template was working last week, but I believe something has changed.
Because anytime even when I create a new template and save in my local site and
when I try to open I get a file download popup message asking do I want to
open or save this. If I chose open nothing happens and IE closes. Also the
template does not lock regions or lock the stuff that was on the html page. I
am confused what has happened.
