Template Help

I can?t get this template to work for me the way that I want it to. I sliced my
PSD file and I got it to look right on 800X600 DPI but when I changed the
resolution on my monitor it didn?t look right. I have sliced the image so many
times but can?t still get it the way I want it. The file called first try was
the way I want it to look 800X600 DPI resolution. If anyone could please help
me I would appreciate it.

I need this template to be able to expand with the different type of monitor
resolution. When I slice the PSD file and export it to a HTML file I have to
use the sliced images as a background. I could get if to look good on 800X600
but anything else it won?t work right. Some of the images will tile. I have
sliced some images that would be ok to tile but it leaves a vertical line after
each tile. I have tried to set the horizontal widths for the table but no luck.
I am completely lost on where to go now, I have been working on this around the
clock tiring to get it to work
