Tables keep sliding around in Explorer Preview Mo

When I create tables and import images into them I go to preview my page.
When I adjust the the size of the preview window my tables start sliding to
the left.
How do I design a website where these tables are locked in place?

Any tutorials would be helpful as well?

That table is centering per the code. Is that what you mean by sliding
around? If it is then select the table in DW and set its alignment to
Default using the Property inspector.
