Tables don't go to top and bottom edge of page

I went back to my site and it is now that the Fortune City ad banners appear. They had to appear some time when you have free webspace.

Josh,
just noticed it is an aussie site - I'm sure you would be able to find a
relatively cheap hosting solution, rather then have to use freespace - or is
that out of the question?
