Tables distort in IE

Hi,

I designed a page consisting of 3 columns of varying width. When I preview
the page in Firefox, it looks great and just as it appears in DW. However,
when I pull it into IE (specifically version 6), the cells of those columns
appear extremely distorted from what I'd like them to be. I want the columns
to be narrow(115 px), wide (400), narrow(225), but instead they appear narrow
(115), medium wide (325 maybe), medium wide (300).

Anyone else encountered this problem and has recommendations? Thanks in
advance.
